Towards the end of February, I asked are we doing anything for Black History Month. The response was " Ms. Bernadette it is just you" Anyone that knows me knows my history is very important to me. We had one more Friday in February and I was going to put something together if it was only one song.

It became more than one song with life experience and fellowship. Employee attendance was high, and we got to know each other. My granddaughter and her mother-in-law and her two toddlers came. It was not widely advertised which I did not expect and of cause management was too busy to visit until it was over.

Yesterday was Saint Patrick Day hmm we had special curtains presentation downstairs in a bright room near the doors. Nope I do not feel sad just amazed that Black History can have a month and Saint Patrick a day. And the disparity is still not seen.
