verb Twist move, or fiddle with (something), typically in a purposeless or nervous way. she twiddled the dials of the radio.

noun an act of twisting or fiddling with something. one twiddle of a button

School is starting and I read with Xayarah she 9.5 now, Xayarah does not need to read with grandma anymore. She is a wonderful reader who will not give up grandma. We started to read one book that was painful. My position is to explain words to her and get definitions. She looked at me and asked if she could read this book later. My ears where so happy the book was so painful, and I want her to enjoy reading. We have a book that we will decorate and put our spin on the pages. I like to outline and color what we are reading.

We have been reading together for years. Da, today I suggest that we use Google for our speech. Meaning ask Google to say the word for us. This became so much fun as Xayarah was born and lives in Texas and I was born in New York and have held on to my accent. We read on Portal and one day last year I had to ask if there was anyone who could translate for us.

The first new word we had today was Twiddle, the second word was Chrysals a quiescent insect pupa, especially of a butterfly or moth. She organized nine books and the reading order she wants. There are a few books with pictures that we are going to color and decorate. The organization of the books is up to her. We will read whatever she desires. We had so much fun and will meet every Thursday at 2pm.

Added new this fall is prayer before and after reading.
