So, I have been in New Jersey for a month. Had a visit with the doctor explained my new address and the needs for my medical care. Had the blood work scheduled however when I went the room was too full so me and my wheelchair had to sit in the hall. My daughter took me and was sitting in the waiting room when the technician told me to get her to come here. Reflecting she must have thought that my daughter was my aide and told her that I needed to have a urine test done. We did it and then went home.
In the hospital they put me on oxycodone if I had been awake and coherent, I would have said no. However, I was on oxycodone for fourteen months twice a day. When I ran out, they would not refill it in either Florida or New Jersey the problem is not the drug the problem is that after being on it for fourteen months no one cared that I had to figure out how to withdraw alone. Seriously no one just walks away without giving a process for withdrawal.
People are missing the fact that in 2 Corinthians 12:9 Paul says, " My grace is sufficient for you" My life has been following what is said in the Bible, don't be confused thinking I am some sort of scholar I've just had so much stuff in my life. So, three weeks into the no oxycodone the doctor calls in a refill for another of my medications. Now, the problem is that his office called it in 45 minutes from where I live.
Seriously can a sister get a break. Can someone do their job and take a second look to make sure they have it right. My daughter is about to drive 90 minutes to get the prescription and I will be with her so hopefully we can go and come right back.
